Delectable, Delicious Dungeness Crab

Announcing the 2004 Crab Demonstration Class

Even before Sunset Magazine took notice, Oregon crab drew more students than any other class at the Seafood Consumer Center School. But when Sunset included the crab class in its “Tips & Trips” column last December over 100 people signed up for the January class—necessitating a second class for nearly 80 in Feb.

The 2004 Crab Demonstration Class will be held Sat. Jan 17, 2004 from 1-3 p.m. at the Seafood School in Astoria. If an overflow class is necessary it will be held Sat. February 21st, from 1-3 p.m.
