Scallop & Broccoli Fettuccine with Creamy Dijon Sauce

Ingredients

3 cups fresh scallops

2 tbsp butter

4 cups broccoli flowerettes

1lb fettuccini, cooked and drained

Salt & pepper to taste

3 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 ½ cups cream or half & half

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Add butter to pan over medium heat. Add the broccoli and scallops and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Add the fettuccine, half & half, mustard and salt & pepper. Simmer this until sauce thickens. Stir in 1/2 the cheese. And simmer 1-2 more minutes. Remove to a warm serving platter, garnish with the rest of the cheese and serve.
